Two Year Warranty

Upon project completion and payment has been received in full; the next 24 months are under our workmanship warrantee, which include the following: paint peeling, blistering, or chipping.

Five Year Warranty

Our five year warranty is available exclusively for clients who have purchased two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration or Porter Permanizer Exterior Coating and had the recommended preparation completed by us. Upon project completion and payment has been received in full, the next five years are under our workmanship warrantee, which include the following: paint peeling, blistering, or chipping.

Exterior Paintning .
Preparing your home
Once your exterior is clean, then the real work begins. This is the most important part of receiving a quality paint job - the prep work. This includes scraping, sanding, spot priming, and caulking the entire project. At Eagle Painting we use only the highest quality products for this step and all phases of your job. You can not expect to get a truly quality paint job unless you get a truly quality prep job. Eagle Painting always follows the manufacturer's specifications regarding this process and all processes during your project. All prep materials have specifications pertaining to application and dry times. If these specifications are not adhered to then the product will not perform as intended. This is why you will never have your home completely prepped and painted in the same day by our company. If your home is prepped and painted in one day, you have been done a disservice. A quality job is a three to four day process regardless of project size 

 

Interior Painting .

The four main choices are:
Flat interior latex - available in regular grade and washable (Covers well, looks good).

Satin interior latex - very washable, covers well, looks good and becoming very popular. Can be used for walls, ceilings and trim as well.

Semi Gloss interior latex - is usually used in kitchens, baths and on trim. Very washable.

Gloss interior latex - this is an enamel that is usually used only on very smooth surfaces. The higher the sheen, the more imperfections are shown. This is the most expensive paint to apply, because it requires more time and effort to apply perfectly.
