• Ordinary wear and tear
• Abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, harsh chemical or solid contact
• Abnormal use or misuse
• Peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by us
• Moisture content of the substrate
• Damage or defects caused in whole or in part by reason of fire, explosion, acts of God, vandalism, or any caused beyond our control

Our Warranty


Two Year Warranty

Upon project completion and payment has been received in full; the next 24 months are under our workmanship warrantee, which include the following: paint peeling, blistering, or chipping.


Five Year Warranty

Our five year warranty is available exclusively for clients who have purchased two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration or Porter Permanizer Exterior Coating and had the recommended preparation completed by us. Upon project completion and payment has been received in full, the next five years are under our workmanship warrantee, which include the following: paint peeling, blistering, or chipping.
